3rd Course: Domaine Lafage, Cotes du Roussillon Tessellae Old Vines ($20/bottle)
Paired with: Duck Cassoulet (Duck Confit and White Beans)

4th Course: Domaine Lafage, Cotes Catalanes Carignan Tessellae Vieilles Vignes ($20/bottle)
Paired with: Lamb Navarin (Lamb with Vegetables)

5th Course: La Fleur d’Or, Sauternes ($25/bottle)

Our first Wine Dinner of 2019 on June 2, 2019 Featuring Italian Wine and Food Pairings

1st Course: Delle Venezie Pinot Grigio Paired with:
Antipasto salad (mixed greens, grape tomato, olives, mozzarella, artichoke, onion tossed in Italian dressing)

2nd Course: Lugana Paired with:
Risi E Bisi (Pea and pancetta risotto topped with shaved parmesan)

3rd Course: Alanera Paired with:
Tuscan butter salmon with lemon asparagus and roasted red pepper polenta

4th Course: Valpolicella Classico Superiore Paired with:
Braised chicken ala arrabiata with duchess potatoes and broccolini

5th Course: Valpolicella Superiore Ripassa Paired with:
Dark Chocolate Tiramisu
