Paired with: Scallop Risotto (Porcini Mushrooms, Pea and Parmesan Risotto with Pan Seared Scallops drizzle with White Truffle Oil)

2nd Course: 2019 Feudo Montoni, Grillo, Sicilia ($20)

Paired with: Pancetta Salad (Mix Greens with Walnuts, Dried Cranberries, Red Apple Slices, Red Onions, Pancetta and Feta Cheese served with Haney Dijon Vinaigrette)

3rd Course: 2019 La Quercia, Montepulciano D’Abruzzo, Abruzzo, Italy ($15)

Paired with: Veal Cutlets (Stuffed with Spinach and Fontina topped with homemade San Marzano Tomato Sauce, served with Broccolini and Parsnip Puree)
